From seeing some heartbreaking news articles recently, the overseeing of projects on site is critical to ensure that designs are delivered in line with approvals granted by the relevant Planning Department. At Concept stage it is essential that internal floor to ceiling heights are correctly worked out – so that an accurate Planning Application is submitted, and all is deliverable on site in line with the approval and Planning Guidance. We oversee works on site and make sure that critical dimensions are adhered to and that a lawful build is undertaken.
