Wimbledon Planning Applications

We have an excellent success rate when submitting Planning Applications in Merton for our clients but equally look to push design boundaries when asked to do so. Even a refusal can be a positive outcome and used as Preplanning advice on which to submit a new application. Preplanning routes can be a positive approach however a planning department will conclude by advising a formal application is required to fully appraise the designs proposed.
