Our brief was to improve on an existing wrap around extension which has been poorly conceived and implemented. The new design relocated an awkward utility room down into the basement, where the original coal chute was excavated and tanked to create a useable space. A ground floor WC was added, and the whole space flows much better with lots of natural light now flooding the areas.
