We developed planning drawings and assisted the client to deliver a high end residential house on this prominent road. A striking new rear extension was implemented with zinc roof and large glazed apertures to provide great views and in and out of the house. Cedar cladding strips were applied to the master bedroom to address solar shading as well as control privacy and mitigate overlooking issues.
