atelierdb secured Planning Permission on this semi-detached house in the Wandsworth Common Conservation Area to add a wrap around ground floor extension and two further extensions at first and second floors to add additional bedrooms and enlarge the existing house significantly.

Phase 1 saw only the ground floor extension built-out, with the upper levels to be added at a further date. The existing basement coal chute was dug down and tanked to provide a utility space accessed from the main hallway.
