Atelierdb were appointed to totally refurbish this period house with the Heaver Estate Conservation Area, adding a significant ground floor kitchen volume as well as replanning all levels and adding loft rooms over the rear outrigger.

Following a full measured survey of the property, we began working up design and layout options in line with the client brief. We developed the design following meetings with the clients where we explored spatial options and made best use of space.

The resulting spaces are magnificent, enjoying amazing natural light and good proportions. A reading nook was created within the front lounge, adding a special place to relax and enjoy a book.

The master bedroom enjoys a generous walk in wardrobe and ensuite, utilising the middle bedroom space that previously existed.

The existing coalchute was dug down and tanked to provide additional storage and utility area.
