Atelierdb Architects were appointed to design and space plan the Interiors for 3 office units within Battersea Nine Elms.

TXF Media wanted to create a central London HQ office which served as a resource base for staff but also allowed for roadshow events to be held inviting in clients and those involved in the financial markets. The main shell unit was constructed with Main Entrance at pavement level, as well as a small higher level area connected to the internal private residents garden at first floor. ADB’s design solution added in additional mezzanine floor area to provide critical workstations at first floor. A double height section of floorplate was retained forming the allocated area for the roadshow event space. Below the mezzanine we provided support rooms including staff WC’s and showers as well as an acoustically separated meeting room with supporting AV equipment and kitchen.

TXF also required an adjoining unit to be designed to provide dedicated workstation space. Similar to the main unit, ADB added a mezzanine to maximise useable floor area and provided maximum number of desks. A small kitchen, WC’s and showers were also provided dedicated to this unit. The two units were accessible via pavement and also the first floor private garden space.

Battersea & Nine Elms Estates required similarly to add a mezzanine within the shell units. ADB provided design options to show the entire unit serving BNEE but also provided options to show the an area apportioned to a Coffee Shop at ground floor. The final design provides an exciting and well laid configured workplace solution, with feature joinery and staircase, high end finishes and fixtures to reflect the quality of the apartment units that BNEE bring to the market.

We provided design and interior specification services proposing internal finishes, sanitary goods, lighting design, kitchen etc.

ADB provided Full RIBA services from Concept through Design Development to Tender as well as undertaking Contract Administration and Completion/Handover on site.
