Atelierdb were appointed to provide RIBA workstages 4-7, to develop Planning Approved drawings for Tender and thereafter Construction drawings and oversee the works on site. The 8 flats are now completed on site, with the build undertaken by Hystar Construction using a Design&Build Contract. All flats were let within 1 week of Practical Completion.

We used traditional build techniques and materials as required by the Planning Approved Design. 10 parking spaces were provided on site, with 8 being in a semi-submerged parking area at the East end of the site, with a mass concrete retaining wall holding back the adjoining properties which are above the site.
