Architect & Interior Design Mayfair Westminster

ADB were instructed to renovate an existing top floor duplex Penthouse in central Mayfair Westminster. The owners wished to completely refurbish and replan the two ensuites and shower room at the lower floor, renew finishes and redecorate throughout. Appointed for full RIBA services we provided design ideas for internal replanning to make best use of space, thereafter selecting internal products and finishes in line with the clients visual preferences. We tendered the works to an agreed selection of Contractors and acted as Contract Administrator to oversee the works on site.

The project required a License for alteration from the freeholders. The party floor was acoustically improved whilst changing the floor finishes. Walk in showers using wedi system trays were implemented.

Planning permission was also secured to add a roof terrace to the rear addition of the apartment providing an exciting external amenity space.
